Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We're thinking of redoing the interior seating and sure could use some recommendations on comfortable recliners. An internet search just confuses me more. Any suggestions?
We would suggest Lazy Boy's, the reasons are comfort, and the backs are removeable to get in and out of the 5er. We have removed the RV recliners, and the couch. Rv funiture aren't very good and they are very heavy. We have 1 leather, and 1 cloth with the mesage and it's also heated. And we have 1 glider chair. This type also reduced the weight in our Cambridge which is a heavy 5er. Good Luck on your choice...GBY...

Got rid of our heavy recliners and replaced them with a leather Euro chairs...still have our sleeper couch (which is heavy also) but want the sleeper for company at times.
We don't yet own an RV, but I do have an Ekornes leather recliner that I hope to install in whatever MH we purchase. It is absolutely comfortable. Major drawback, however, is that the footstool is a separate item.

We have had several LB recliners. High quality, comfortable, and the backs come off for easy setup and removal.
Euros are fine if you find one to fit you. Many are small, but I had one that was bigger and worked for my 6' 2".
