Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

A lurker no more!

Hi from the Broseys in Lancaster, PA.  My husband and I have been RVers for about 8 years having a popup first for 4 years and a 30' TT for the last 4 years.  We love it and are looking forward to going full time somewhere in the future.  Currently I am an RN at a local hospital and my husband works in the field of safety management.  Both jobs can be kind of stressful, but particularly my husbands.  It's sometimes hard to convince people to be safe if they really don't want to - like trying to talk someone into wearing a seatbelt who knows they should but still resists doing it for whatever reason (like my mother-in-law, the mother of my safety-conscious husband!!).   Anyway, we have been dreaming of leaving this stress-filled life behind since 2003 when we traveled to Yellowstone amd S.D. for 3+ weeks.  It was great and so freeing!!  The people we met were awesome and we just decided we want to do this full-time.  However our current state of financial freedom (I'm sorry, financial slavery) will not allow it.  But we have been working on that and hope to go full-time in the next couple of years - the Lord willing!!

Anyway, hi to all of you full-timers, full-timing wanabees like us, casual RVer's and campers, and just-lookers!!  And if anyone is traveling near Lancaster, PA (Amish country) let us know and we'd be glad to give you some tips or meet up with you!
