Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Our Intro>>>

Hello everybody,

We are Tom and Debbie Adair.  Here's a little info about us  ... Debbie has been camping on/off her whole life (I stopped after about age 15  ).  She continually prodded me to get back into camping but I was always too busy working. Finally, 2 summers ago I broke down, bought a tent, camping gear, and took off to the beach for the weekend.  We spent a total of about 10 hours there (3 setting up the tent due to wind).  We left a day early and on the way home decided we should purchase a MH!!!!

Since our first weekend in the RV retirement plans have been changed.  It’s “FULLTIMING” for US!!

She retires in about 4 years, me about 9.  But we plan on living fulltime in the RV after she retires.  I can not believe that I spent the better part of 30 years without camping in my life and only have Debbie to thank for waking me up (it’s so nice to find the right partner in life!!).  Since the awakening I have been reading everything I can find trying to figure out this life-style. When I stumbled upon “RV-DREAMS” I felt I finally found people who knew what I wanted to know (even though I didn’t know myself).

The Payne’s have done an absolute wonderful job detailing the ups, downs, ins, and outs of the Fulltime life.  We will continue to read the journal and this forum and look forward to meeting all of you.

Take care and be safe!!!!
