Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Our house went on the market this past weekend so we are now slowly starting to move. We have been working towards this for quite some time and the time to move on is finally here. My wife's dad's house is in Lubbock so that is where we are at now to take care of a few things. We'll then go to Rockport, Galveston (over Christmas), Los Fresnos (in Rio Grande Valley), then Fort Worth again and Lubbock and Fort Davis. If restrictions are lifted by late spring in New Mexico we'll spend some time there as we head to Colorado where we have a place to stay. Hopefully things will work out, but we'll see what happens. We can always go back to South Texas if needed and wait for things to calm down. Information and advice from this forum has helped us get ready for this - at least regarding RV related issues. I also hope to meet some of you as we move around.

Safe travels to all, Take each day as a gift for that is truly what it is.
I'm kinda right with you there. I've sold my house, moved into one of my apartments and am in the process of looking for a rig. I know what I want but they're kind of hard to find used. I guess that the fact that they are hard to find used is a good thing but I don't like some of the styling and appliance substitutions they've done on the newer models but I've got a few months.
