Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

What happened to the blog?

Where is Howard's blog? When I click on the link to it I get a screen saying the domain is available. What's happened to all that priceless information?

Tim

The link Bill offered worked great. TY. Too bad about the educational rallies.

Sad to say... it it appears they’ve moved on...perhaps in the process of moving on/exiting/minimizing/whatever is a more accurate description. My guess is that the blog and forum will get sunsetted and basically go away at some point as they move on into their post RV life. As of now, they still have their class C...but he’s made no announcement on further RVing plans beyond the perhaps reunion rallies thing in the future.

Hard for a real estate agent and house/pet sitter to go RVing.

In this year of turmoil and change, we've had RV trips canceled and economically we've needed to create new streams of income. So, though it wasn't the plan, the blog has suffered and we have so many other things going on now, there just isn't time. Plus, with all the new RVers out there creating so much content, we don't have the time or energy to try to compete for the attention necessary to keep our RV-Dreams business viable. The full-time RVing chapter of our lives is over (at least for now).

With that said, we still have the knowledge and we want to do one more last educational rally, and we still have offers to speak at RV shows. We will occasionally update the blog when we have some RVing-related content to share, but there certainly won't be the volume or consistency of the past. We do hope to do some RV traveling and organize some more social rallies to join up with our friends in the months and years to come, but like most things in 2020, it's all up in the air right now.

Thanks to everyone for all of your support all these years.

Howard
