Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Classy C Intro !

Hello Everyone !

Just a quick intro.  Have a couple of years left to work and would like to go full-time.  But, I'm afraid at the end of the day we are too attached to our stick and brick to permanently leave it.  So most likely will take month long trips returning to N Louisiana (5 miles north of I 20) to rest, repair and get ready for the next adventure.

Wife and I have owned every type of camper (including tents) except a pop-up (Lance, Fusion, KZ, Winnebago and now Coachmen).  Currently enjoying our 32' Class C at NASCAR events and local State Parks.  Former TVs were all duallys with either Duramax or Cummins power plants.

Looks like a great Forum.  I've been following Howard and Linda (off and on) for a long time now.

Welcome! I've been a member here for about 10 years --- WOW! Can't believe it's been that long! I've gone through periods of more and less activity. You won't find a more helpful group anywhere.

Hubby and I just bought our Winnebago class A (as in last weekend) at Dixie RV in Hammond, LA. We're planning to fly back over on July 19th and drive it back home to south Texas. We are preparing for 5-6 months travel in a few years. We plan to keep our house in Mission, TX because we love it and it's paid for

Congratulations on your new purchase!  We bought a new Class A Winnebago Vista several years ago then fell in love with our current floorplan.  I hope the folks at Dixie treated you well.  I haven't had an opportunity to stop in there.  As for TX, we lived south of Houston for 28 years.  It still feels a lot like home.
