Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

What size cookie sheet are you using?

Which cookie baking sheet are you using for your RV?  I will measure my oven this weekend for dimensions but am curious what ones you like that fit in a toaster oven and your RV convection oven.

Thank you for your input!

I'm interested in hearing the answer to this also. My oven is 15x15 and toaster oven is 9x11. I decided a pizza pan would serve dual purpose in the regular oven but I'd like to find the biggest possible cookie sheet for the toaster oven.

Looking online, Kitchen Collection (which we find in many outlet malls) has a 2-pack of "Hamilton Beach Set of 2 Mini Slider Cookie Sheets - 08122" for $5.99. These are 11-1/4" by 8-1/2" each.

I bought an Wilton 10.25 x 15.25 for my convection microwave. It's a little less deep than the oven but that's what I wanted because the back of the oven bakes hotter than the rest (we have a Frigidaire Professional convection microwave. We replaced the original and I'm a bit disappointed that it bakes hot in the back (same problem I had with the original). I do rotate the baking sheet 1/2 way through baking...especially cookies or biscuits or scones. I have a Breville toaster oven (not convection) and I bought a Wilton 10x8.5 toaster oven sheet for it. Got both at BB&B.

The biggest one that fits with the turntable turned off. Conv/microwave does a fine job baking.
