Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Coming out of "lurking" mode...

I've been a member for awhile, but haven't posted until now. My wife Kathy and I are "longtimers" that spend upwards of 10-11 months a year living in our motorhome. We also have a small year-round lakeside cabin in Upstate NY that we visit from time to time. We travel mostly when and where our whims dictate for the most part, but winter in Florida traveling from park to park for three months or so. We've both camped for over 70 years, first with tents and in cabins before eventually moving up to TT's, conversion vans, and then motorhomes, and we aren't nearly ready to stop yet. I look forward to reading everyone's input here, and I do see some familiar "faces" from other forums that I'm sure are as interesting and knowledgeable here as they are elsewhere. Happy to be here and finally out of the "shadows"!

Thanks for the welcome, guys! I expect I'll learn more than I can pay back here, but I'll be happy to add what I can.

Welcome, sounds like you have some experience. I'm a newbie, only three years on the road full time. Looking forward to your comments.
