Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Before anybody asks…no, this isn't our rig…just posting it for a fellow New Horizons owner who is selling his rig due to medical issues. For NH owners on the forum…Gus was the guy at the 2016 NHOG rally that was in his words "the skinny bald guy who couldn't speak".
Anyway…his rig is for sale. It's a 40 foot rear living side entertainment model with the optional 4th slide in the bedroom. If anybody has interest please contact Gus directly.
I can say that this was the 2013 Show Model Majestic that Phil took around to the various RV shows…so it's pretty much got every option NH has installed.
Gus contact info is gusgraham9453@gmail.com.
Here's the text from the pdf file he sent me…if you want the pretty version let me know and I'll email the pdf file.

For anyone interested, especially those new to RVing and looking to purchase a full-time, top end rig. This is a good opportunity. Not just because it is a New Horizons, but because "it works."
Any brand new rig will usually have issues. "It's an RV." RV's have issues. This might be a good opportunity to get a top end rig for a lot less money and one that has the bugs worked out.
While I don't know the asking price of this rig forget the MSRP price listed by Neil which came from the build sheet. That wasn't the price new.
If your serious, give Gus a shout at his email: gusgraham9453@gmail.com. Not a whole lot to loose by asking.
Based on the MSRP price on the build sheet it was probably 190-200K out the door new what with NHs normal discount off the list price although Gus may have negotiated a better (or even worse for all I know) price. He didn't say what he's asking in the email I got from him.
But it does…as Bill said…probably have most of the bugs worked out. Things will still fail as time passes but all of the normal delivery broke stuff and not done right stuff is probably fixed.
