Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Work Camping Position 2016

We are seeking a Work Camping couple to help us through the 2016 season. We are a Trout Fishing Resort in The Ozark Mountains of North Central Arkansas. We have a small campground and cabins along the White River, near the Buffalo River. We're looking for a couple that's not quite ready for the rocking chair and wants to help us keep our place beautiful, enjoy the fresh mountain air and maybe do a little Trout fishing. If interested please email me at wbuffalo@mtnhome.com

Paul,

I suspect that this thread was started by the owners of the place, so they may not be checking back.  It's kind of like a classified ad, but not in the Classifieds.  I imagine that if you want an answer to a question, you'll need to use their e-mail address that is in their post.

Great place to stay, I've been there many times.
Great fishing and the wildlife viewing is fantastic, I saw an eagle pick a fish out of the river about 20 yards from me.
Owners are great folks.
Very quite place except for the train that comes by the campground every once and a while, really sounds nice echoing off the bluffs. None at night that I remember.

My highlight added... Reminds me of scene in "My Cousin Vinny" where the hotel clerk is telling Joe Pesci about the trains.biggrinbiggrin

Sorry to "derail" the thread... we now return you to your regularly scheduled topic.
