Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I hope this is the right place for introduction. We, Tom & Janey & Rosie the Rock & Roll retriever just acquired a 2001 Gulfstream Class A DP (Rose' new dog house) Upgrade from 1995 Winnie Adventurer. I've been reading a thread about fire arms and RVs on this site and have been impressed with how thoughtful and intelligent the dialogue is. So I thought it would be a good idea to associate with you folks - I might learn a lot and hopefully be able to contribute as time goes on. We are not full timers, but are hoping to expand our travels beyond what felt comfortable in the Winnie.
Welcome to the RV Dreams forum "family." You'll find the folks here to be very helpful, friendly, encouraging, and a few of us are a bit on the sarcastic side. (Sarcasm is sometimes hard to "read" where it is easier to distinguish when its the spoken word.) It's also a site with folks having experience in all kinds of RV's and different takes on the RV lifestyle, whether full or part time. I'm sure you'll fit right in.
Terry
