Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Took a Huge Step for Our Future Today

Today we bought our first RV.  2002 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37A Gasser.  One owner, inside storage with 38k miles.  In another posting I mentioned what the dealer is including:Tires, replacing windshields, batteries, etc.

We are getting closer to completing steps to getting on the road.

#1-minimize and downsize shed furniture and belongings. Done

# 2 home improvements to the house to prepare for sale -almost completed

# 3 Buy RV - done

#4 list and sell house - spring

2016 August is our goal to join the ranks of "Happy and Houseless" Lots more to learn and do.  Very exciting, a little nervous and some relatives still think we are a little nuts. But I think its more jealousy rage from them.

We are still young and will be working from the road.  Can"t wait !

Congratulations. Bet it's awesome having your motorhome where you can sit in it and dream for the day you take off!

Congratulations Mike...to my fellow list maker lol. I had a huge list when I started and it was great checking things off as we went along.

Good for you!! We are in our late 40's and have been working from the road along with several other dreamers. Good luck to you!!
