Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Thanks Bill! I just ordered mine from Hensley on Tuesday. Got the tracking number today. That's OK. It's only money!

Good choice in a hitch, Mark. We've loved ours and had originally planned to keep it. But our "new" truck, a 2001 Volvo VNL 610, comes with its own great hitch, an ET Junior.

Someone looking for a good hitch this is a good price for a very good hitch. I paid over $3000 for mine 3+years ago.

Trikester- That's my issue as well, We need a new hitch (worn bushings nd pins), with the 7500lb pin capacity and 32k towing. I know I can upgrade to the 3rd air bag with a Trailersaver, but the ET jr is built from the ground up for the weight, and is actually over-engineered to carry heavier loads with a different head on it. So what's another couple of grand.... its only for the coupler that keeps your house in line right!
If I needed a hitch quick I'd call you!

A Volvo pickup. I like that. The hitch on our '01 Volvo was new in January of 2014 and, best I can tell, is a major, HDT-specific upgrade. OTOH, the TrailerSaver is a great hitch for pickups (both regular and glorified) and MDTs.

The ET was my first choice but my bank account sees things differently. The TSLB is a great hitch too.

Bill,

I have the smaller TS3.  Got it a year and a half ago, on sale for $2700, and love it.  As we go over some of the really bad roads and streets, I look in the rear view mirror and see the trailer floating on the hitch.  I truly believe this will extend the life of the trailer. Great price.
