Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
As you can probably tell, I am new to the forum. Hopefully I am doing this right. I have spent many, many hours reading all the topics and learned sooooo much. Thank you all for your knowledge. My husband and I have been camping our whole married life (46 yrs) and are now retired. We will be "snowbirding" to Alabama this winter for the first time! Our 5er has been at the resort for 2 years and can't wait to take her to Al. Just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone and hopefully be able to share our experiences on this forum also. "Happy RVing!."
Well, for being new to the forum, I'd say you are "doing it right." Thanks for joining the RV Dreams family. I expect your presence will be a benefit to us all, so let me say "Welcome" as well.
Terry

Welcome, Barb and Gary Pieere is right, this place is the greatest. But you already know that from all the reading you've done here. Thanks go to the members of the forum, but most of all to Howard and Linda for all the work and sharing they have put in to it.
Sounds like you two could teach most of us a thing or two after 46 years! Happy travels to you. Pat K

Thank you all for the "Welcome" and I'm sure I will be relying on Howard and Linda and the rest of you for information. I appreciate that I have a place, such as this forum, to go to for help and inspiration. Thank you all and "Happy Travels".
