Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Narrowing the search!

We're going to visit Camping World in Kingston NY on Thursday since they have a pretty large inventory and we've seen a few on their site that interested us. So far we like the 2015 Winnebago Vista 36Y, new with 1309 miles, msrp on site says 148k and sale is 118k (http://www.campingworldofkingston.com/class-a-gas/2015/winnebago-vista/353215) The other which i think i like more is the used 2015 Georgetown Forest River XLT 37.8 msrp 130k and sale 111k, mileage unlisted (http://www.campingworldofkingston.com/class-a-gas/2015/forest-river-georgetown/432358) Anybody have thoughts or suggestions? Price seem ok and do you think we could find it much cheaper or get them to maybe come down more? Btw were going to practice with it at home for maybe a month or two before moving in full time, we will have to deal with cold at some point being in NY. Thanks!! :)

I think if you shop around you will find Camping World prices on the high side. If you have your heart set on one of their motorhomes though it doesn't hurt to make a low ball offer. You may be able to negotiate a reasonable deal. Have you checked out RV Trader yet? Here's an example of their listings: www.rvtrader.com/New-and-Used-Winnebago-Vista-Class-A-For-Sale-On-RV-Trader/search-results|198067&make=Winnebago|2307464&model=Vista|764852859&modelkeyword=1&sort=featured:desc
