Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Welcome to the site. And enjoy the time you spend here. Any time you have a question, just go to the blue banner @ top of the page & use the search. Great info there ! Or start a new thread to pin point your own situation.
You might want to go to the INTRODUCE YOURSELF thread and tell us a little bit about you & who or what ever might be travelling with you. Have a good'in.

Alleyman, the people on this forum are full of it...information I mean. We have folks on this forum that have been doing it so long they have gray hair. We have folks on here with their PhD in snow and some others that have forgotten how to spell it. Class As, Bs, Cs, TTs and fivers are all represented. Full timers, static and mobile, part timers, and wanna bes are all here. If it's been done in an RV, someone here has done it standing on their head. Welcome.

Welcome!!! Wonderful friendly knowledgeable folks here. New ourselves. Folks here are eager to help the newbies out! Alleyman, MarkS is right...we have gray hair and we are full of it...but with what is the question!! Happy trails and stay safe!
Hello Wonderful Hosts! Thank you for this fabulous opportunity to be a part of what seems to be a friendly instant family! I hope to be a full timer by August 2016. Meanwhile, I need to learn all I can to prepare. I am single and female. Will be retiring, selling everything, getting a dog, a travel trailer (probably 28') and dreaming along with you. Consider me a sponge ready to listen and learn.

A sponge, eh? Do you have square pants? If so I know a guy who would be perfect for you!
Welcome to the forum, DeltaDonna.
My DW and I are planning on going with a TT too when we FT in a few years. We're in the minority around here, but there are many great folks here with a ton of experience who I've learned a lot from, regardless of their choice of RV. I'm sure you will too. One thing I've learned is that there's no one "right way" to do it - sure there are a lot of wrong things one could do, but each person's situation and goals are unique. I guess we're like RVing snowflakes - the right choice for some is a poor choice for others. I like to use this forum like an RVing salad bar, simply choose the ingredients to make a salad that best fits your needs, taste and budget. Can you pass the croutons, please?
