Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We decided to go with two mobility scooters to use as golf carts.
Added canopies and golf bag racks so they look like minature golf carts. This allows us each to have one and go whatever direction we feel.
A couple of advantages:
Take the canopy off and the scooter can be used inside of museum, county fair, grocery store or other places where you might get tired of walking.
Breaks down into 6 components for transport in car trunk or storage compartment. Designed to be easy to take apart and put back together.
Surprisingly good off road except in soft stuff. Dirt road, short grass, inclines.... no problem.

Both were Pride models. We found them on Craigslist.
One looked brand new and supposedly only used once. They brought it home for their mother, she test drove it and didn't like it so it sat for a year in the garage.
The other had been used quite a bit but has held up for over 5 years of our use.
I can break both of them down and carry them in the back of the truck while towing the 5th wheel. We used to haul one in the back of a PT Cruiser fully assembled
