Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Hello From Indianapolis

We put our house on the market in June, not knowing what was next for us. We weren't even sure we wanted to sell, only that we said we would sell after 3 years and it had been 4. We took 6 weeks and completed all the house updates and placed the sign, hoping no one showed up to buy it until we caught our breath.

We live in the woods with lots of wildlife all around and big windows to observe all the wonder(within the city limits of Indianapolis).  Our friends and family kept asking 'Where will you live that is as beautiful?'. As we began to explore that question, a friend whispered, hit the road.

We have been researching life on the road ever since. Kathi is a bit of a cliff jumper, she was all in for the adventure. Randy has always been the more consistent and stable partner. He wants to meet folks who are living this way, find out what it's like, how they earn a living, find a place to park, maintain friendships and all the important stuff.

So, we are headed to the rally in Goshen to discover more about life on the road and meet some folks who live there or are contemplating heading that way.

Kathi and Randy

Welcome Kathy & Randy. I truly believe that you have joined with a great community of people with an RV dream.  Folks 'round here come from a diversity of pre- RV situations (some of us still waiting our turn to hit the roadsmileconfuse). We have learned a lot, asked many questions and met some wonderful new friends. You will too, so... Let the good times roll!smile

Welcome from a fellow Hoosier. This is the place to get your information, you will find people are friendly and willing to answer all reasonable questions.
