Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

getting closer to the dream.

Hello everyone,

I am excited but cautious at the same time. I was told by my step-dad that when his settlement comes in and he has enough he will be giving me and my 3 sisters some of it to spend as we want. So, I will be getting my R.V. after all. It is just a matter of time for the settlement to get in.

He also bought a class c for him to use at his deer camp. He I funny about it though. He will not let us take it anywhere. However he decides to go to the deer camp and he throws me the keys every time. I have told him thank you each time. I am now comfortable with driving one. Which n turn makes me want to go fulltime even more.

My son will be 18 in less than a year and then I will be n my own and looking forward to life on the road.

Please wish me luck and thank you all for being here to talk to.biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinsmile

Welcome to the family! You'll find lots of good advice here, and since you have camping and RV experience, we look forward to whatever tips you have to share with us!
