Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I am contemplating as my health situation has me stationary for a spell sitting on the side line and sand-bagging. I don't feel as I have enough to share or contribute to the group now.
If you want contact me at the email address with my profile. Pieere

Ditto what Red said - I also enjoy reading your posts. You often do have very good advice and experience to offer and I enjoy your sense of humor. Your positive attitude has inspired me to get through the rough patches in my life. I hope you change your mind!

Ditto Red and Cheryl. You have much more to offer than current RV advice. Your life experiences and and positive attitude in adverse conditions are much more than many of us can ever offer. Hope you decide to stay!

Aww, I encourage you to stay active, unless your health doesn't allow it. Your experience and knowledge is more important than your mobility. I think the board is for past, present and future RVer's. Best Wishes to you!!

I share the sentiments that other have posted, Pieere you must do what is right for you, and we respect that choice. Whatever has prompted your decision, know this.... we will miss your grace, and wisdom. For what it's worth, we also hope that you find it in your interest to stay connected here because it will be mutually beneficial for all of us including you.
Pieere, we just had to go into debt today (truck trouble, had to buy one) and our dream is on hold again. Wheels on a house are not necessary, we can stay in one place and still be a part of this great group. Just chime in whenever you feel like it. We all appreciate your posts.
Pieere, do what you feel like you need to do for your health, but not moving around is not a issue for us. We love your input an knowledge of full timing. Hope to keep hearing from you.
You are a main vein on this board, Pierre! Stay close.. don't wander off too far. Chime in when you feel like it. You have alot of wisdom to share with such a positive attitude. Please keep us updated and don't disappear completely. You are a part of this family! May God bless and keep you! Sending best wishes your way!!!

Well, unless you have something better to do why not hang around and share what you can and have a chuckle or two now and again.
Heck, a lot of us hung around for months, and in my case years BEFORE going on the road and really had nothing to share. SO what's wrong with sitting around after getting off the road WITH things to share.
Disapproved! Feel free to resubmit in 30 days for final disapproval!
Don't go tucking that keyboard away too far, Tex. We appreciate your wisdom and wit. Even if you are stagnant, errrr, I mean stationary, you have plenty to share.

If you can, hang around as the "family" would miss you greatly. After all, Jo and I still aren't doing the traveling either. We'll have one trip to Colorado Springs and then we'll be setting again for a while. So, not moving isn't reason for leaving, at least as far as I'm concerned.
Prayers for your health and well being.

Pierre,
No one has "nothing to contribute" on this site or, for that matter, in life. With your experience and faithfulness over the years, there will always be those looking for a gentle word of encouragement, or the knowledge to pursue their God-given purpose. Hang in there ...
Ed, I agree with what everyone here is saying. Your input continues to be valuable. Not to mention the fact that you are a part of this "family" and I, along with many other members of this community, would like you to stay with us :)
