Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

The sign is in the front yard!

The Realtor put the sign in my front yard on Monday. Tonight a young family went through the house twice. They spent at least 45 minutes looking. We were in the RV in the back yard while they looked. Later, we heard from our Realtor that they planned to make us an offer. We will be on pins and needles waiting to hear! LOL!

You may want to see if your realtor might tell them of the problems we're having with our seller's mortgage company, wells fargo, and suggest that they google the term, for customer service issues?

Good luck for a quick sale!

Ours has been listed for about 2 months. Lots of interest, no offers yet. We have our new (to us) 5th wheel being delivered in Dunedin, FL on Friday. Hoping the house sells quick so I can get down there. These PA winters have put me over the edge. I'm ready to head south.

Thanks for the congrats, y'all. We couldn't sleep last night. It's hard to describe the feeling, but I think it is the realization that this could really be happening and happening fast! In about 40 minutes my boss should be at work and I'll call in for a sick day and then, see if I can get some sleep!
MitchB, I'm hoping Wells Fargo doesn't screw anything up. Hope you guys get your issue resolved.

Joe Camper,

That is great! It is so exciting. We are 'most-timing' at our local town park campground, waiting for a closing date for next week. Our issue in selling was the FHA appraisal. Just take what you can get and head on out! aww

We have an offer we cannot refuse. The buyers are offering full asking price and asking us to pay $3000.00 of the closing costs.

These folks are going with a FHA mortgage, so I hope it is not a problem!
