Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We're Bill and Ros from Lakewood, WA. We're still waiting on delivery of both our 5th wheel.....a 2015 Arctic Fox 29-5T, as well as our tow vehicle, a 2014 Ram 3500 4x4 long bed, dually diesel...both should be ready in about 3 weeks we're told. We are going to rent our house to my daughter and son-in-law for about three years after they marry in late Aug and hope to be on the road full-timing (at least for three years and hopefully many more) the day they return from their honeymoon on Sept 5th. We have a lot of questions as we're new to RVs but have done extensive touring/camping since 2005 on our Honda Gold Wing hauling its own little motorcycle trailer....from here in WA to southern CA to the SE US, all the way up thru Maine thru Nova Scotia (and back)...We love exploring and traveling...our favorite areas are all the Nat'l Parks in southern UT and all mountain areas of CO and can't wait to get on the road and begin this new adventure and meeting some of you fine people. We'll start our slew of questions soon...thanks so much in advance for your patience with our newbie questions.
Welcome Bill & Ros, sounds like a great plan and equally great adventures so far and yet to come. Ask away, plenty of knowledgeable and friendly people on here.
Welcome Bill and Ros that sounds like a great plan. We also want to get a Ram 3500 so will be anxious to hear how it goes. There is a great group of very knowledgeable people here.
