Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I haven't made a post in a couple of months (will get back to it this month), and so far I've only documented our backstory, but I would love to get some early feedback on the idea/theme. Thanks!
P.S. I will be at the Spring Rally (Tricia & Dave, site 214). If you'll be there, too, feel free to come find me and say hi!
Like the blog, you write clearly and well. On my iPad the images on your link posted above were all upside down but when I clicked on the photo/icon below in that link, the images came up right side up? Hope I've explained it clearly.
Keep manifesting!!
Sherry

Thank you, Sherry. :) Seems we have something in common - I too am planning to retire from a marketing/management career. And my husband is interested in pursuing the RV Tech certification. (He's an ironworker by trade, very handy with mechanical things as he was a tank mechanic in the army.) If you/your husband have any insights on the best way to get certified, would love to hear.
I know about the upside-down photo issue and it's very frustrating. Apparently it's a glitch with the iPhone camera. I've done tons of research and tried to fix it every which way, but it still happens on some browsers/devices. Now I know to hold my iPhone upside-down to take the photos, or better yet, use a regular camera.
