Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

I got up just like any other Friday, got on the treadmill, did 3 miles like I always do Mon, Wed, Fri, since 2005 (I do not treadmill on Saturday, EVER!!!) because I had very high blood pressure, got off the treadmill, got some coffee and said to myself this is not Friday (Daah!!!) this is Saturday, called my wife on the phone, (she was with her girl friend) and told her what I had done and all I heard was very lough laughing in the background on the phone, boy did I feel dumb.

I either had a groundhog day or I'm there fulltiming RVing.
Has anyone ever had this go on in your life?confuse

Worse, one day I didn't wake up my husband because I thought it was his day off, and, he was scheduled to work!! I still wonder if he told anyone that I had lost my marbles.

OK, I'm just guessing here or I will have to wait for Lonnie to explain.

This is the RV Accessories category of the forum and I guess Lonnie considers his treadmill to be an "RV accessory."  Still wondering why this thread was started in this category.

Personally, I feel a wife driving alongside as one runs down the road would be a lot cheaper.

I realize I didn't go far enough south this year, but we shouldn't be getting all the snow, ice and cold weather in southern Louisiana. Last year I wasn't any further south than the gulf coast and had nothing like this. Think I may go to AZ or south Florida next year. PIEERE hope you take care of the groundhog soon.

So sorry I missed Pieere this winter when I was in Nashville doing a contract job. I got mad that I actually had to buy socks!!! I have never been so cold in the past 15 years as I have been this year in TN and I lived there previously for 10 years from MI...I guess 5 years in FL thinned my blood!!! He needs to find the groundhog and take care of it along with hitting Southern FL next year!!

I hate to tell you all this, but Phil the groundhog has nothing to do with the determination of whether winter will be longer or not.  That decision is made by humans prior to Groundhog Day.  Thus, take your frustrations out on some of the citizens of that state.

Next, I'll have to tell you all that Santa Claus doesn't exist either.

disbeliefdisbelief OOOP's; Terry did you have to mess up the illusion I had going???? LOL! When I was young; the two-headed lady at the carnival got me confused. A couple years later I went behing the tent and peeked under the canvas. I seen two bodies;four legs & four feet; Confused; No I knew i had just paid $0.50 and got duped!dohdoh
