Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
My husband and I are in the process of selling our home so we can buy our new home on wheels. We have been looking and are very confused, if I was rich so as just to have one built it would be great but I am going to have to settle with as many things as I can get on one since they won't let me take this part of this one and that part of another one so on and so on, you get the picture. Well back to us 9 wonderful kids and 31 more wonderful grandkids we decided to downsize from a 2 story 5 bedroom on 47 acres to something that I actually have the energy to clean and still have enough energy left to go have some fun. We plan to visit kids and since they are scattered in 3 states we can see lots of country, do our business and since it is in 10 states we can see even more country, and his thoughts are that since I am a homebody if he has it on wheels we are both happy he can travel and I am at home, HAHA
So now I get to pick the brains of all the people doing this full time for their thoughts and experiences to maybe help make some final decisions. Nice to meet everyone and look forward to visiting with you.
That 31 must be a miss print!!!! OH my god you are so blessed. I have a hard time remembering my own kids names never mind 31 grandkids OMG
You have come to the right place to get started, If it was not for this site it would have taken me years to learn all the stuff i have in the last 6 Month. Lots of very helpful people here.

Thanks for the welcome everyone ! And yes it is 31 that is part of the reason for doing this, instead of everyone piling into our house on holidays we will simply ask where we are all meeting we can visit and go back to our little space of sanity. Really looking forward to getting this going. Look forward to visiting with all of you.
