Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
If there is one thing I have learned from my research is to take my time on a class A purchase. So I would like your expert advice on a rig I am looking at, I am a little suspicious this rig only has 900 miles and is 10 years old.
I'd pass. You will spend a fortune in replacing hoses, seals, and gaskets, and that's just to start. I'm assuming that the engine hasn't been run, so who knows what shape it is in, and likely the same for the generator. There are lots of DP coaches out there for that kind of money that have been used and cared for.

I'm assuming DP = Diesel powered, it is a gas engine...but no matter it is good advice that I really was thinking about (seals needing to be replaced).
DP = Diesel Pusher. The way prices are now, you can generally get into a DP with air suspension (better ride) for the same money as a gasser. We briefly considered gassers, but when we looked at PPL's site for gas and diesel versions of the same brand we found that the prices were quite similar. Of course, we were looking at older coaches (late 80's to early 90's).
Seeing they said it had a recent Maintenance done , I would request the paperwork and inquire with that mechanic and find another to verify that all was ok.......I also would put 10-12k to the side for an emergency repair because that low of mileage and all that sitting is going to be an issue.....(I would buy it but....I'm sitting on the fence about recommending someone else to buy it!!)........bottom line ,do alot of homework on it before committing.....a pretty coach can result in a not so pretty repair bill!!!......Drivetrain....suspension will create problems without moving just in dry seals and lines....condensation

And find out who did the pre purchase inspection report, get a copy and read it completely. Were fluid analyses done? Was it stored under cover? (I may have missed that.)

I don't know if this is important to you or not, but looking at the photos, there's virtually no counter space in the kitchen, once you remove the sink cover & the stove cover. The mechanical condition of the unit is certainly extremely important, but for me, livability is a big factor as well. Just something to consider.
I just tried to take a look at the ad and got this message:
