Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Help needed re 2008 Doubletree Mobile Suites 36SB3 info

Does anyone here own one, or have any info on this?  I have googled and cannot find a floor plan or much info.  All the info that I could get, is that the dry weight is 13,400 and gross is 17,500. I also cannot find a NADA value on it either.  It keeps pulling up a 2007 but not a 2008.

On the DRV website, I did not see the exact model number.  I filled out two contact forms on DRV website, one to sales and the other to parts, asking for info and both of them came back undeliverable....and there was no contact phone number.

If you have any info on this unit I would appreciate it.  Also, if these are the correct numbers, what would it take to haul this rig?

Thanks for your help in advance!

I think by 2008 DRV was prohibited from using the Doubletree name. Maybe Doubletree in your search criteria is the problem? I'm not positive but 2007s did NOT have an SB floorplan, so I'm not sure what you are pulling up.  I think SB floorplans came out in 08 or 09.

Could it be 36RSSB3 as I found 3 of those listed across the US? If that is it, "For Sale 2008 Mobile Suites 36RSSB3" and it will bring up a list. Saw one with a youtube video of a couple minutes.

SnowGypsy, Thanks! That model has some slight differences, but I enjoyed the video!

I will contact the dealer tomorrow and get the VIN number to see if I can send in a request to DRV....if that is how I can get more info...new to all this, so I am not sure how to go about it.

If it will be helpful to you, I have a lot of information on DRV (formerly Doubletree) RV products.  I even have a copy of the brochure for the 2008 models, so if you would like a copy of that in a pdf file, send me your e-mail address in a PM and I'll send you a copy.  While it doesn't show the floorplans, it will give you information on the construction and standard and optional features.

two 4 the road-

I have an '08 SB3.  Terry is correct on the brochure for 2008 MS.  The brochure didn't show the floor plans but, it's full of great information.  If you have any questions concerning this model, please feel free to send a message and I'll try to respond.  There are also a couple of "Suite specific" sites that you may also consider checking out for additional information that may be of some help.  They are the SOITC forum and the Fifth Wheel Forum.  Many active members (including Terry) that prove to be a wealth of information on the DRV product line.

Hope this helps.

I did a little further looking at some information I had on the Mobile Suites and the floor plans and specifications for the 36SB3 was in the documentation for the 2007 model year documents.  The brochure even has at least one picture of the SB3.  I've e-mailed that to T4TR, but if anyone else would like that 2007 information, send me a private message with your e-mail address and I'll send it to you.

I have an 08 36SB3. Feel free to ask any questions. We have had it for a year now so we are fairly familiar with it.
