Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Welcome mylittledogs. We hope to be FT by March 2014. I am also new to this site and have found this site to have the best information for full timing. You will also find very friendly responses to your questions. This is the only site I have found that deals with the emotional issues of the lifestyle change as well as the technical aspects of full timing.
I better warn you right now though, you can't just sit down for five minutes on this forum. I find myself diverting to the personal blogs of the members and enjoying their experiences as well.
Thanks Howard and Linda for taking the time to create and host this forum.

We are going to the dream rally in the spring.looking forward to going FT.An looking forward to meeting everyone at the rally. And looking for a lot of info from everyone on the up and downs of full timing.dc
Sounds as if you have a lot of RV & camping experience already. There is a terrific amount of information on this forum, the site in general and Howard & Linda's journal and financial pages as well as members blogs. We really are a big supportive family with different kinds of experiences, backgrounds and interests.
See you at the Spring Rally.
Sherry

Hello and welcome to the site! My hubby and I are still new to the site also, only about 6 weeks! But, what everyone has said is true - everyone is so friendly and helpful - we even already met new friends at the Hershey show from first meeting here! We are also going to the spring 2014 rally and we are so excited to meet everyone in person! We hope to be full-timing by next summer, but it largely depends on how fast we can get the house ready for sale and then actually sell it!
Welcome to the RV Dreams forums. I imagine that you have found one of the friendliest forum sites around. In addition, the folks here are very knowledgeable about almost every aspect of RV's and the RV lifestyle, including full-timing. As you "get acquainted," you'll also find them to be helpful and encouraging. So, if you have questions, feel free to ask them. If you've got answers for the questions of others, feel free to provide answers. One thing around here is that we tend to get a lot of alternative ideas for every question, so every comment is generally welcomed.
