When I worked in construction I learned that many of the single guys had no trouble eating the same food every day and living in something as small as a truck camper. They had a schedule, which did include a stop at the tavern after work for drinks, conversation and dinner. One tavern had chicken gizzards one night and chicken liver another, cheap. It was popular with the construction workers. They were happy, they did not need variety.

Most people are now paid either via direct deposit or reloadable Visa/Mastercard gift cards, no checks are cut. ATM machines are open 24/7. Many stores are also 24/7, including Super Wal-Mart. What expenses require checks anymore?

I have and still do , have cleaning done.....haircuts.. Laundry..grocery delivery....dog sitting & bathing(Dog)

Each of these I pay for to have done and am thankful someone within the RV community is available to offer these services

a little ingenuity and there is alot of ways to make a good income stream out here..

I have been making Carved camp signs and do very well with it.....most campgrounds so far have given me my site with full hook-ups for free just to set up and take care of there campers for the week!!

I would talk with some of the guys that are there it could be a good small income for you

The guys here are mostly road crew and work for the same guy, who is also here.  You cannot tell me a guy wouldn't pay to have his laundry done and folded.....not that in my wildest dreams did I EVER think I would be doing some strangers laundry.......*ish*  May have to give that particular service a second thought. haha.

I would definitely take advantage of a cleaning service. I currently have a housekeeper who comes in every 2 weeks just to scrub things down. I know there's a huge difference between my s&b house and a trailer, but still.... I'd be happy to pay someone to mop, vacuum and scrub the bowl!

 Now you are making more sense.   Hopefully you don't find out that they are all stopping by someone's house after work who is feeding them and doing their laundry. 

It was just a thought.  Today I am back in the executive position search mode.  Tomorrow, maybe Ill be in "sure, Ill do some strangers laundry" mode again. lol.
