Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
This may be a strange idea, but we have some friends that own a 40ft Revolution DP. They also own a small condo Nr Duke University in NC, the condo is currently rented out to a very reliable professional who takes very good care of the condo. He would like to stay on as a renter, but understands he may not have that option.
Our friends have decided that they would like to buy an RV lot in Florida, preferably with a small apartment attached, or something similar. They plan on buying a smaller 5th wheel for travelling. They are trying to find out if there are any resources out there for maybe doing a swap? Their condo+RV, for what they are looking for in Florida?
Just wondered if any of our members would have any ideas? If by chance there is any interest on this forum, I would be happy to connect people with our friends.
Wasn't sure where to post this topic, hope it's ok to put it in this thread

How about posting it with a good picture link on here in classifieds and also on the escapees forum? Would current renter of condo be interested in purchasing it alone? Selling the condo & DP separately and then purchasing in Florida would widen his options greatly I would think.
Good luck.
