Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Hello

Hello, my husband and I are thinking of doing RVing full time with our 2 kids, ages 4 and 2.  We are kinda nervous about, so we are looking for people who have done it that can give us advice.  We are all really excited about being full timers.

Welcome Amanda,

You've found the right web site to learn all about full-timing. Lots of friendly folks here that are more than willing to help in any way they can.

Be sure to ask questions as they come up, and remember, there are no dumb questions on this site. Everyone has to learn somehow and you need to ask.

Good luck with your plans,

Jim

Welcome aboard! Although we do not have kids, your choice to full time in an RV is certianly a perfect way to both see the country and to also educate your children as they will be able to see our Great Nation first hand instead of reading about it in some text book!

Ask all the questions you want as there will always be some great advice here....We are so lucky to have found this site!

Good Luck and Safe Travels,

Les

Welcome to the forum! You might want to click the search button in the blue menu bar at the top of the forum and type - kids. You'll find threads on people who have done just what you're thinking of.
Also a big concern is insurance and income while you travel which you didn't mention.

Wishing you the best.

Sherry
