Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

WERE JUST GETTING STARTED!!!

SO TO INTRODUCE OURSELVES, MY NAME IS STEVE AND MY WIFE IS BRENDA. WE LIVE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN IN NO. CALIF CALLED HAPPY CAMP. WE HAVE MADE THE DECISSION TO BE FULL TIME RVERS AND ARE ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR A 5TH WHEEL TO HAUL BEHIND OUR FORD F350 DUALLY. WE ARE BOTH RETIRED. ALL THE KIDS GROWN AND GONE FOR A LOT OF YEARS NOW. WERE PLANNING ON VISITING THEM MORE OFTEN NOW, AS WELL AS TRAVELING UP AND DOWN THE PACIFIC COAST. MY BRENDA JUST RECENTLY RETIRED (LAST JUNE) AND IS REALLY ENJOYING IT! I RETIRED (SELF IMPOSED) AT AGE 51 AND HAVE SINCE BEEN GOLD MINING HERE ON THE KLAMATH RIVER, 15 YEARS NOW!!

WELL I GUESS THATS ABOUT ALL FOR US FOR NOW, AND HOPE TO HAVE MORE TO SAY IN OUR NEXT POST.

                                                                                                                                STEVE & BRENDA

I am happy for you and know how excited you are. Please do not use all caps, in the forum world it is considered yelling and rude. Thanks.

Be sure to tell us all about your gold mining adventures.

Hello Dog Folks,

Thanks for writing back and please excuse my ignorance about the capitol letters. I didn't mean to shout! I am as new to this computer talk as I am to full time rv living. Until now if I wanted to talk to someone I just picked up the phone. Then we could yell at each other!!! Ha! Ha!

My Brenda and I are anctious to get more involved in this forem and get to talking to folks that are doing what we are getting ready to do. I'll

have tons of questions to ask as soon as I figure out the questions.

                                                                                                  All for know

                                                                                                     Steve (Gold Miner)
