Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Victoria Insurance

Hi,

I'm going to be picking up my class c in Feb. and will be going full time starting this summer, I called Miller Insurance to get a  quote on insurance they gave me a quote from Victoria Insurance. Does anyone have Victoria Insurance? If you do how do you like them? Has anyone heard anything about them? the good the bad the ugly I have never heard of them and was wondering how they are. I tried doing a search on them in here but didn't get much.

thanks

John

We used Miller Agency and had Victoria Insurance.I can't say though if they are good at paying claims as we never had any to make.Howard and Linda had recommended Miller and that was good enough for me.

We also used Miller and have Victoria Insurance, but like Racerguy mentioned above we haven't had any claims. Hopefully we'll never have to find out how they handle claims.

I found out some more information, I sent Millers an email and they said Victoria is a recreational division of Nationwide insurance. That they have written a lot policies and have good luck with them. I will do more research and get more quotes.

thanks everyone.

hmmmm, interesting. We have Allied and they are also owned by Nationwide.

Back several years ago DW worked at The St. Paul Insurance and, checking with her, said Victoria was part of their group of companies. Their division (personal auto) was sold to Met Life about 10 years ago but no idea what happened to Victoria. Pretty common occurance for these smaller companies to be passed around to the larger ones it seems.
