Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
After many years of planning and preparing and several months of sprucing up the property, our house is finally on the "For Sale by Owner" market. Since we have 4 acres, we have listed it on several websites including one for horse sites. Once it is sold, we will retire from the standard work life and hit the road. So if anyone out there knows someone looking for a place in the country side of central Ohio with plenty of room including a barn that can hold horses or store an RV up to 35' in length, send them our way! Details can also be seen on the following sites titled as "Country Living At It's Finest":
Good luck on the sale of your property! We had a large house on a little less than 2 acres. Thought it would take a year or more to sell, since other houses in our area just weren't selling after a year or more. Amazingly, ours sold in a matter of weeks! So, I'd suggest that you start now getting rid of possessions that won't be going with you on the road. Since ours sold so quickly, we were in a mad scramble to get rid of everything that wasn't going in the RV!
