Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Welcome to the "Wonderful world of RVing". You didn't say whether this is the first RV or not but welcome whether it's your 1st or your 15th. In my calculations you will be able to stay on the road for 3 weeks as opposed to motel jumping for 1 week. Happy Trails!

This is our first 5th wheel. We traded up from our 30' travel trailer. DH says that it tows WAY different. We're very excited to get going. Just waiting on a decision on a disability claim to know what we can do. Planning to be on the road somewhere between Aug - Dec of this year.

Congrats! It"s an exciting time when you finally start taking the steps that bring you closer to the dream. We are at a similar point and can relate to the building excitment that comes with getting ready. We don't have our TV yet either, so don't forget to post about your buying experience. It helps to bounce things around and get ideas from other members.

We went on our first camping trip in our RV. Towed it a couple hours south to Lake Michigan to fish for salmon. The rig must have made an impression, because we were asked if we would give tours by a couple of the campers! Of course I showed it off!! :)

When we first bought Serenity we had to sleep in it too. We spent more than a few nights sleeping in our driveway. I guess we are all just kids at heart camping out on the lawn.

How do you feel now, nearly a couple years later, about your Primetime Crusader 325? we're looking at a 2014 and are really interested in getting other folks opinions of this make/model. We're looking at trading our 3rd camper in for it (had 2 travel trailers and now our first 5th wheel is nearly 7 years old)....we love the layout on this model but not really familiar with this make/model, so any opinion would be greatly appreciated.....thanks in advance...

Stacey,

Jill and Jay haven't been on the forums in about a year, at least for logging in, so they may not see your question.  This thread is almost 2 years old, so when replying on the forums, it might pay to check the date to the left side to see how old the thread is.  One can click on the commenter's username and see when they last accessed the forums.

All of this is to say that you may not get an answer.

Terry

No Terry & Jo, I know that and that's why I'm hopeful that some time they may see my question and respond especially since it's been a couple years since they've owned this camper....I would like their opinion on it now and to see if any issues. If they don't respond, I understand but thought I' would ask anyways....as you can see in my original post I did ask how they feel about it now nearly 2 years later....thanks for the imput though.
