Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

How about helping your long lost cousin here when you get that money!!!
I found out a couple of months ago that I have a long lost uncle in Nigeria that needed my help. I sent him an e-mail back saying to send a pic and blood sample so my lab could confirm this, but I haven't heard back......sure hope he's alright!

smilebiggrin I have recieved so much spam emails from them I am a billionaire; LOL; I have Beemers, Mercedes, and a private jet. Then the FBI stepped up and said; I will be charged with recieving funds from international sources. Just hope I  nonono don't recieve any real postal letters form them. Pieere

LOL, well I got one too. Did they send to everyone here? I think most on the internet are savvy to this kind of thing, but it is still a bit annoying. Howard, there is no way you can keep it from happening now and then, but thanks for all you do to try to keep the spammers away. I think this is the first time I've gotten one on this forum.

Well let's see.... There are about 3300 users on the forum.

And since all of us were invited to help out poor little Ms. Kabo that means we would each receive:

$6,500,000.00 divided by 3300 = $1970.00

Just enough money to buy fuel for a trip across the US.

It never ceases to amaze me how other countries think we are so stupid and gullible. I think they watch too much CSPAN.

 The real problem is that we are!  If they get this e-mail out to a million or so people, someone actually will respond and actually send the money requested.  There are just too many examples of peoples greed taking over their senses.

I get these in my regular e-mail often and, of course, delete. The ones that concern me more are the E-Mails I receive from the FBI and the Post Office. The one's I receive from the Post Office I can eaisly report but the officical looking E-Mails from the FBI have been a bit harder to report to the right people. 

I know that there are nieve people out there that actually fall for this crap!no
