Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I don't know about the Talon system at all. However, I would be concerned with the "set screw" issue on duals. While they would be easy to use on the trailers, they could be a "b**ch" to install on the duals. With our F450, I'm not sure that one could "get in" to tighten the set screws.
Just a thought.
Terry

I've been checking out TPMS for a while so I'll be interested in the results of your research. Pressure Pro gets high marks I know but there are plenty of others out there that are considerably less money that may be just as good.

I was looking at the talon system for a couple of reasons. It looked like it had a nice display and the sensors have replaceable batteries. The Pressure pro has a good rep but it costs more and you need to buy new sensors when the batteries run out. I'm not against pressure pro but I'm just trying to get the most for my money.

Just a FYI, the Talon looks interesting but if you're worried about battery life my sensors are 4 years old and still working good, plus Pressure pro gives you a discount on new sensors if you have one of their systems.I myself feel better having a proven product although the Talon may prove itself some day also.

RVing probably not a reality any more.It was a good time while it lasted.
My Pressure Pro batteries are almost 6 years old. They are the original batteries from the first retail versions of PP. Battery life is not an issue. Reliable performance from a proven product is worth a little more money for me. Sometimes it is not wise to "penny pinch". JMO.
