Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

A Friendly Reminder

I have noticed that some of us, myself included have been a wee bit lax on the idea of following Howard's "rules" that he outlined at this thread:

http://rv-dreams.activeboard.com/t8067456/guidelines-and-suggestions/

The reason I bring it up is because some posts are placed in this forum "heading" of "Welcome to the RV-Dreams Community Forum" when they might best be put in one of the other "headings."

I am one that likes to look at topics relevant to one subject.  For instance, if I'm looking for information on buying an RV, I tend to look under the heading of "Buying an RV" so that I can find as much information as possible without having to jump around.  If one posts a thread elsewhere, I am likely to miss that thread because it is under a heading that isn't relevant to "Buying an RV."

So, please let this be a friendly reminder to post in appropriate places so that new forum participants can find more information to their current "interest" and find it easier.

And, I will freely admit that I am GUILTY in not following Rule Number 1 at the above link.

Terry
