Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Water Leak in Bathroon

We have a 1999 Georgia Boy Landau and the floor stays wet next to the outside wall in the bathroom.  My theory is that the fresh water supply hose started leaking on our trip from Illinois to Florida or soon after we arrived.  The MH remained winteized til we got here.

We will be moving from Bradenton to St. Cloud Tues.  Our plan is to follow I-75 north to I-4 and go East to 192 into St. Cloud.  Does anyone know of an RV repair shop on this route?  I looked on the internet and I am more confused than ever.

There is a shelf cover over the area that houses the waterline.  Is this something that I could attempt myself or would you leave it to the pros.  I think I could get into it but I am afraid to make a bigger mess.  I will call the Floridian RV Resort in a.m. to see if there is a handyman there who can fix it.  ( just an afterthought)

Thank you bunches.

Judy

Lazy Days RV  is along your route in Seffner, FL.  Have not had any experience with them but the are a large facility with Camping World and a Cracker Barrel on site.  Also have camping facilities on site.  Service bays seem top notch.  Have only visited them several times to just "shop".  They are always one of the top rated dealers by the RVIA.  Good Luck!

Before you go anywhere check out Classic Coachworks on Memorial Blvd. in Lakeland Fla. just south of I-4. I've had work done there three times and their craftmanship is outstanding. Just had my leaky bathroom shower fixed last week. Would recommend them wholeheartedly and you may use my name as reference.
