Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
They sell gift certificates to restaurants all over the country. Usually for a $25 gift certificate you pay $10 and have to spend at least $35 at the restaurant. But sometimes they have great sales and today and tomorrow they are 80% off, so you pay $2 instead of $10. I just bought $250 worth of gift certs for $20. You can immediately print them off your computer. I'm all excited! Heidi
Edited to add : the promo code for the 80% off is MEAL. Sorry to everyone who tried this and it didn't work b/c I forgot to give out the code.

Oops - I forgot to give the promo code. It is MEAL . There is a place at the top of the shopping cart to enter it. As you put things in your shopping cart it will show you the new totals. Sorry! Heidi`
We, too, have used them in the past. I especially liked that 80% deal ($2) and it comes around frequently. The coupons are good for one year.
It's easier to take advantage of the 80% deal if you're not traveling as the participating restaurants tend to be local, not chains. But, even if you only buy one and use it, you've saved yourself a net $23 on a nice meal out.
Read the restrictions for each restaurant before purchasing. Some accept the coupon 7 days a week, some only on certain days.
I use it all the time. It is great. I never pay $10 for them. If we are traveling I make sure to find one close to where we will be. We almost always use them. I have several for around home that I have not used and I thought they expired in a year but when I looked at the bottom it said no expiration. So I'm hoping I can still use them. Even if we don't we have already saved a bundle.
We use them more away from home because my husband travels for work and that's when we have extra money to go out to eat. When he is home it means he is not working and then we don't have the disposable income to go out. That's why we haven't used many near us. I'm all about saving money.
