Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
HI to all fellow campers. Bad typer here, I appoligize. Retireing in july 2011. Wife and I have been recreational camping for 30 some years. We plan on doing quite a bid of traveling starting next summer. Hope to meet you all on the road somewhere, or at least wave while passing. We'll be the ones smiling from ear to ear in our 33 ft cedar creek fifth wheel with a canoe over the cab. Plan on making a long trip out to the west coast to see the sites. wish us well . Looking forward to the adventure. Happy camping to all
Congratulations on the upcoming retirement! It sounds like you have a good plan. Good luck, enjoy and wave at us as you're going down the road with those big grins on your face
In case you haven't been lurking around the website and forums much, you have found one of the friendliest forums around. There are a lot of knowledgeable and very helpful folks here.
Feel free to ask questions and make comments as we all tend to learn from each other. For instance, I am a serious, amateur photographer and I could teach you by example of what you DON'T want to do. I have a bunch of pictures of lakes that lean.
Terry
