Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Safe & Warm in Goshen - Thank You, Keystone!

We arrived safe and sound in Goshen, IN today.

We are warm for the first time in about two weeks, courtesy of Keystone RV.

See my blog for details.

Cheers,
Betty

Glad Keystone ponied up to get you guys safe and warm while waiting for them to fix your rig. I'm guessing the trip was a good experience builder for you even though it wasn't fun. I know it's no fun traveling with a broke rig, and nasty weather doesn't help anything. Part of the freedom of full-timing is not being on a schedule, at least for us. I find it very relaxing when we travel and I have plenty of time to get where we're going and can "stop to smell the roses" if we want to just stay put for a few days someplace. Stay safe and warm and let us know how they handle your problems.

Sooooooooooooooo GLAD you got there and they are looking after you. Read your blog and it seems like things might be turning around for you, finally.

We just hope that the turnaround time will not be too long! You deserve everything that Keystone can give you ... and more!

As for us? Our Montana is still performing up to specifications. We have no problems thus far and, hope we don't get into any of those that you have had. If we do have problems (really, not expected) we'll use you as a reference.  OK?

Be warm and comfortable!

Paul

Glad to head you got there. As for us, the dealer has agreed to send us new steps. Leonard will install them. Where we are now, the cheapy steps they put on are over 23" from the ground. Even with the platform we bought it is still a long step down.

We've had 2 dealers and one other person tell us the dealer probably needed a set of steps and "stole" ours thinking they had time to get us new ones before we got our rig back from them or we would never notice the steps had been changed. We still don't buy their story that they "accidently" changed out our steps. The mechanic would have to have been an idiot to take good steps off a unit and replace them with what they put on.

Anyway, hopefully all your issues will be addressed and Keystone makes good.
