Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Does anyone have the email addresses for Ron Fenech (CEO and President) and / or Bob Martin (CEO and Exec VP) for Keystone?
And are these two still the ones at the top?
The service tech that was out here and supposed to call me today - called in sick.
I told the dealer I would, too, if I'd seen all that needs to be done. BTW, he took the baton strip from the bedroom with him. Goodie.
Keystone says they want to repair our rig but I'm getting more "we don't" "we can't" "we don't do that" from them than anything else right now.
Waiting to talk to owner of dealership to see what we can do. Waiting on call back from Keystone.
In the meantime, I want to fire off emails to the head honchos at Keystone. Not that it will do any good, but at least I'll feel better. Maybe.
Thanks, Betty
PS: The heck with that, but please provide anyway if you have it, I called Thor Industries and am sending an email with photos to them.

It names the same two people at the top that you mentioned and it looks like pretty recent information. There are no email addresses there, but there is a corporate address. When I had a customer service issue with Sears earlier this year, I wrote a letter to the CEO and several vice presidents of the company. I mailed it to their corporate address and wrote "personal and confidential" on the outside of the envelope. We received a call from someone in the company within the week.
Betty, you might want to go over and post your question on the montana owner's website.
There you can get help & info in regards to your "Montana Brand".
It is www.montanaowners.com
Hope you get things solved soon. We also have a 2009 Anniversary Edition Montana 3605 RL, etc., unit. So far, so good with it but it was 2 years old when we bought but the stove had never been used in it.
I would send a registered letter with a return receipt request to the Keystone main office address. I would also send one to the dealer requesting their help.
Address the keystone letter to the CEO of keystone and the dealer letter to the general manager or owner.
This gives you a much stronger paper trail than an e-mail will. You'll need a good paper trail in case you need to take legal action.

Paul and I were talking this morning about your situation. I told him, I'd probably try to get my rig down to Keystone and park it at their front door! If nothing else, that would get their attention!
Saying prayers and keeping you in our thoughts. Hoping everything gets fixed and your rig be a 100%.
Jo
