Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Calling ALL Artists and Crafters!

Hi All! Delaney here.

I've been looking all around the RV sites searching for other artists and crafters who are RVers full or parttime to network with. I've come across a few folks who make and sell things and would love to hear from them to network for sharing stories and ideas.

My daughter, Skye and I WILL become (that makes us "Gonnabees not Wannabees, right?) fulltimers later this year. We are crafter/artists who are planning to help finance our travels with our crafts by selling them at Flea Markets and Farmers Markets across mostly the eastern half of the US from Michigan to Florida and west along the Gulf Coast to Texas. We'll venture farther west and north west as we gain more experience.

We've chosen Flea and Farmer's markets because they are less expensive to get into and have considerably less lead time. Yes we know sales will not be as high, but everybody's got to start somewhere. Craft Shows and Festivals require applications as much as a year in advance and have very high fees, plus very specific and expensive booth set ups. We cannot afford that at this point in time.

Also if anyone knows of a Craft or Artisan Market in their area where artists and crafters exhibit either weekly or monthly please contact me with the name and any info you have. I am attempting to create a list of artsy markets across the US and Canada so others won't have to do searches and come up empty handed as I have. Even Farmer's or Flea Markets where there are generally a lot of crafters and decent sales I'd like to include those as well!

Thanks for being here and Thank You in advance to all who help me in this quest. Believe me there is a need, especially with this economy!

Sincerely

Delaney

Las Cruces, New Mexico! We have a wonderful Farmers and Crafters Market year 'round every Wednesday and Saturday. Beautiful craft items, food items, musical performers and produce items. Held in nice downtown area of Las Cruces on paved streets and sidewalks. Cost is $3 per day for a crafters booth. Yes, you read it right... $3. Here is the link.... http://lascrucesfarmersmarket.org/

The flea market in Friendship Indiana is near the border of Ohio, Indiana & Kentucky.

It runs concurrent to the National Muzzle Loaders shows so you have opportunity to sell to the flea market and the Muzzle Loader attendees.
