Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.


We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

Posting our "Elite Suites For Sale" one last time. We just got back from a month long trip to Arizona and the RV is now cleaned and washed and needs to find a new home. So here goes...

Any future fulltimer interested...............
2006 Doubletree Elite Suites 36TK3 w/3 Slides. We purchased the 5th wheel new in July 2007 so it is not quite 3 years old. We have purchased our dream home and no longer need a RV of this quality for weekend travels. The Elite Suites Model 36TK3 with 3 slideouts has all the finer things and comfort that you would want in a RV consisting of the following: 15" frame and 3-1/4" walls, Insulation- R16 wall, R25 roof, R29 floor. 8000# axles with 17.5" H rated tires. Power awning with wind sensor. Slide toppers, two large window awnings and exterior pull down sunshade on rear window. Fiberglass roof with roof rack. Doublepane windows. Largest holding tanks 100/75/50/. Painted graphics (not decals) and window silk screening for privacy. Dual 6V batteries, large cargo area with slide out storage tray. Water filter system. Two ducted 15K A/C's, 42K BTU furnace. Hardwired 50A Surgeguard. Solid raised panel Maple Cabinetry and solid wood throughout. Brilliant Black decor. Day/nite shades throughout. King size 4 poster bed with underbed storage. Expandable dining table with under seat storage in chairs. Fold down shower seat. Large mirrored medicine cabinet. Large built in desk in LR. All windows trimmed with residential casements. Comfort air vent with rain sensor in kitchen. Built in spice cabinet. Lighted pantries. Convection Microwave. Gas oven with cooktop. Granite counter tops in kitchen, bath, and granite steps up to BR. Central Vac. Whirlpool stacked washer and dryer. RCA flat screen TV in bedroom and Sony flat screen in living room. Heavy duty drawer glides on all drawers. In case you are wondering there is no generator and no side by side fridge, just a large 2 door fridge with ice maker. Asking $59K

I can't believe you all haven't sold your Elite Suites yet! Sure wish we had known about it before we bought our motorhome. We do love our motorhome but have ALWAYS loved the Elite Suites. We just could never find a good used truck the right size and price. Yours rigs are priced wonderfully! Good luck!

I have always thought Elite Suites were beautiful rigs. I saw a gentlman at a truck stop with one and his truck matched it. My jaw dropped and I would have given anything to go inside just to see how it looks. I bet it sells quick!

Not so much, there are though two factors why I promote this combo.

1.  It's a very good full timers combination at a good price.  As I've said if I didn't already have mine I'd consider this seriously.

2.  I think Bob and Judy are swell people and could use a hand selling thier fiver and truck.
