Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.

We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!

It is that time of year

I live right off of I-70 and looking out of my window I am seeing more and more RVs going by. It is getting to be that time of year and I can't wait to get out with my RV.

We were going to wait until April 15th to go bring ours out. It is at our dealers 2 hours away. Weather is so nice we decided we didn't want to wait any longer and will pick it up Friday. Every RV I see reminds where I want to be. Our lease is up in May and our jobs are done in August - life is good.

WOW! Getting the HITCH ITCH! I did that last year while I was working my NORMAL job. It took a while, but, come the end of October the ITCH got horrible and I quit my NORMAL job and took a work for site at a Southern campground. I work for less income now, but Have more than I had in the bank for quite some time. It is amazing how thrifty you can live if you budget. From now until eternity takes me off This Planet, I will stick to Workamping and enjoying what God has so dearly given, peace, laughter, and enjoying the areas I am working and living. It may not be all Roses, but it is better than 9-5 rush hour, huurying for an impatient boss and the upkeep of a stix and brix. Just MY OPINION. PIEERE!

Easter has always been our first trip out.. but this foot surgery has me on hold for 4 more weeks...We are thinking about setting up in our time share park for the summer and living there.. just to get a feel for what it would be like to be in the camper for more than 5 days...that is the longest we have ever been out in it.. jobs get in the way sometimes...
calling for 70 - 75 here this weekend... I will enjoy that...patti
