Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We camphost at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, Ca. It is a beautiful place on the beach with light duties. Will return there March 1st until the middle of June. Just found out that the 2 other couples that are supposed to be there are not returning until June or July. So the 1st of April we will be the only camphosts. A short term job at this point but could work into something more. That's how we got started. If anyone is interested I can give you contact info. Seriously, a fun, easy job in a beautiful location !! Brenda

I'm pretty new to all this, and am thinking once we get on the road (in a couple months), I'll need to work in short term jobs like what it appears you'll be doing. Can you give me some advice, details, etc.? The workcamping site I found seems to require a fee to join, and I'd rather not do that. I will search around this wonderful forum, but wanted to check with you too.
