Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
I have followed Linda and Howard since the first year of their full timing lifestyle. I have enjoyed getting to know a lot of you through your blogs. So keep blogging, because I'm a faithful reader.
My husband and I own a Class A RV, this is our 3rd RV, so I'm not a newbie to RVing.
We belong to a local RV club, Good Sam, FMC. I retired last year and my husband is still working. I had hoped that he would retire with me but he has decided that he needed to work a little longer. I think he is working to avoid the topic of full timing.
We will be at attending a Rally in Louisiana in August, for 6 days. Then for 2 weeks we would like to travel along the Texas Gulf Coast from Galveston to Brownsville.
I know that this hottest time of the year, but we live in Atlanta, GA. so we are use to the hot and humid summers. I know that some of you have spent the winter in this area so I need help planning this 2 weeks to see and do as much as we can.
Please help me and reply with some suggestions. We are open to any and every thing.
