Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
Hi everyone, it's been quite a while since my last post and a lot has happened since then. We listed our house and sold it within a month...we purchased an '06 Newmar Kountry Star 3910 DP and an'02 Honda crv. and are now in the process of packing up and getting ready to go! We only have 9 more days to get everything done and at the moment it is all quite overwhelming! But exciting at the same time. I am sure as time goes on we will have lots of questions for everyone.....we are really new to all of this but looking forward to the adventures ahead. We have learned so much from the great people on this forum already and hope to meet some of you in the future.

Congratulations on a quick sale! Sounds as if everything is falling in to pretty good place for you. Once you pull it all together, a new life will be created - yours on the road!

Congrats to all that have sold there home so quickly. Hopefully when we decide to put ours on the market it will sell quickly. But FL housing market is awful right now.
We also have a contract on our house. Praise the Lord!! We close Jul 28 and will move out the day before. Wow! Never thought how stressful this process would be, but we're taking it one day at a time and grateful for the quick sale. I know there are others who have not been so fortunate. It's definitely a buyers market and too few buyers at that.
We'll be moving into our FW which is already located at a nearby RV Park. Then we decided to start looking for a 2006-08 DP in our price range and also a used dinghy so we can get on the road and see the good ole USA.
We're still waiting to sell, but hanging in there. Have fun and see you on the road.

It, too, has been months since I've posted here. Congratulations to the sellers out there. We are in process of putting our house on the market.. We may have to take a hit in the shorts in this market, but we have to be in Texas by Nov. 1st and keeping it would be more costly. Just trying to have faith that things will work out. Reading about the successes here helps! My sincerest thoughts for a memorable full time adventure to you all!
