Hi Everyone. Well, after 15 years the RV-Dreams Community Forum is coming to an end. Since it began in August 2005, we've had 58 Million page views, 124,000 posts, and we've spent about $15,000 to keep this valuable resource for RVers free and open. But since we are now off the road and have settled down for the next chapter of our lives, we are taking the Forum down effective June 30, 2021. It has been a tough decision, but it is now time.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and input over the years, and we want to especially thank those that have acted as Moderators for us during our amazing journey living and traveling in our RV and growing the RV-Dreams Family. We will be forever proud to have been founders of this Forum and to have been supported by such a wonderful community. Thank you all!!
We sold are house today, I just can’t believe it, we put it on the market on Thursday and sold it on Saturday. It worked out perfect for us and them, and we are all so happy.I had been hearing all the horror stories of how long some of you have been waiting and I feel for you.We sold it on our own, and feel truly blessed it all worked out.Now we are packing to move to an apartment (unfortunately it is too cold in the Wisconsin winters for us to stay in our motorhome) until my husband retires in Feb or March and then we begin our dream of full-timing.We have been planning this for so many years it really is hard to believe it is finally all coming together and we are so excited.
Thanks for allowing my to share my joyous news, and look forward to meeting many of you on the road someday.
We haven't been up in your part of Wisconsin for years. Maybe it's getting about time to visit Door County again.
Maybe we'll get to see you out on the road some day.
Jim

What wonderful news!!! You are so fortunate to have sold so quickly. I hope this is the beginning of many more "sold" announcements, including ours! LOL
There is so much to do that I know the time will fly by. Have fun and enjoy the moment. Hopefully we will see you on the road soon.
